Rhetorical Devices

The Reliquarium is a collection of about a hundred real, ideal, imaginary palettes and other artifacts from the history of Art, published in Smithsonian (Dec. 1993). A full catalog is available on request.

Rhetorical Devices are experiments in the expressive nature of devices of pictorial rhetoric, such as bump and dimple paintings or the paint scrapings.
